Love that stuff Rustoms Parsi Bhonu Description Welcome to Rustom’s, an intimate dining space in the heart of South Delhi, that will give you a glimpse into a traditional Parsi home, complete with authentic home-cooked food and recipes that have been passed on from generation to generation. Rustom’s is the first-of-its-kind dining experience in Delhi that showcases Parsi delicacies beyond the popular favourites—Dhansak and Salli Boti—focusing instead on the rich culinary diversity of the cuisine. Revisiting old favourites and forgotten recipes and introducing diners to some of the lesser-known Parsi delights is what the menu is all about. While meat lovers will enjoy the community’s affinity towards meat and egg-based dishes, we have ensured that vegetarians are not alienated with our focused and researched approach to meat-free dishes. You won’t be enjoying that meal in another staid dining room either. The interiors of our 450 sq ft space will let you experience a comfortable space that’s familiar, yet take you back in time to when old Parsi homes were designed with love. The décor will feature wooden accents punctuated with Parsi memorabilia and distinct touches like vintage grandfather clocks, Bombay fornicator chairs and family frames. The atmosphere is elevated to reflect the refined tastes of the community with our background music that has an emphasis on old-school classics—The Beatles, Abba, Miles Davis, Frank Sinatra etc. Contemplate your meal, while planning the next one, in our lounge area where you can relax in one of the chairs while taking in the vintage gramophone and bookshelf filled with titles on Parsi culture, food and heritage.
