New Police Sponsorship Program: Are you interested in becoming a police officer for a primer public safety agency with a guaranteed job and want to earn pay while attending the police academy? Then look no further, Nova Agency Company Police in Raleigh, North Carolina has partnered with Nova Agency Crime Prevention Div. of Florida to ensure we hire, maintain, and provide growth for the best officers that walk thru our doors. The program is simple and forthcoming, and all you have to do is the following: 1) Apply and be accepted with Nova Agency Crime Prevention Div. in the Florida Market. 2) Work as a Certified Crime Prevention Officer full time for two years. 3) After two years apply for a transfer to Nova Agency Company Police in North Carolina and upon meeting the minimum requirements for the position prepare to relocate to North Carolina. There are some restrictions which are as follows: 1) You MUST meet the minimum requirements for the position, and pass the interview. 2) You MUST be able and willing to relocate to North Carolina. 3) You MUST be physically fit and ready to attend the North Carolinas Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) Program. 4) Nova Agency Company Police MUST have an open position for you to occupy, if at the time you apply no current positions are available you will be placed on top of the waiting list. 5) Nova Agency will send you to an authorized Police Academy of their choice. 6) You MUST pass all your training blocks; Should you fail a training block or be removed from the academy (voluntarily or otherwise) for any reason you will be removed from the sponsorship/training program. 6.A) Should you fail to complete the academy for any reason, fail to attend mandatory training classes or violate agency policies you WILL be required to reimburse Nova Agency for their costs to include your salary. 7) Nova Agency will pay you $26,000.00 per year while your attending the academy, pay for all uniforms, books, and required equipment, but you are responsible for your housing, food, transportation, utilities, etc. 8 ) Upon successful completion of the academy Nova Agency will assign you to a district of their choice for the first year, and after the first year you may apply for a transfer to another district within Nova Agency Company Police. 9) You must sign an agreement for two year term of employment after completing the academy to work for Nova Agency Company Police or be required to reimburse a prorated amount for the complete cost of sending you to the academy and training salary.
