(Hill) What other characteristics has time in connection with the earhly destiny of human beings? (Devil) Time is natures seasoning influence through which human experience may be ripened into wisdom. People are not born with wisdom, but they are born with the capacity to think, and they may, through the lapse (passing) of time, think their way into wisdom. (Hill) Does the lapse of time force an individual to acquire wisdom? (Devil) No! Wisdom comes only to non-drifters (those) who form positive thought-habits as a dominating force in their lives. Drifters and those whose dominating thoughts are negative never acquire wisdom except of a very elementary nature. So according to Hill, and to paraphrase, what wisdom one achieves directly relates to As A Man Thinketh. Whos wisdom would you want expressed through a world leader, one who has never truly toiled with their bodies and mind, or one who has been given privilage and not earned it through their own efforts?
