***New Release*** ***Busy Day for Utica Police and Loss Prevention at Walmart Yesterday*** Throughout the day (October 7, 2014) Utica Police and Walmart loss prevention employees arrested a total of eight (8) persons at Walmart (710 Horatio Street) for various shoplifting incidents. Each of the following persons were charged with the offense of petit larceny: *Tyriek Berry, age 20, of Mary Street, Utica. *Douglas Christensen, age 28, of West Center Street, Mohawk, *Shaiquan Collins, age 20, of Rutger Street, Utica, *Kayleigh Jasewicz, age 28, of WEest Center Street, Mohawk, *Gino Placanica, age 18, of Neilson Street, Utica, *Shirena Phillips, age 18, of Mary Street, Utica, *Quinnasia Berry, age 19, of Faxton Street, Utica, and *Jason Wilson, age 34, of McClatan Avenue, Blossvale. ***Please note*** All charges in this post are allegations, and those arrested are innocent until proven guilty.***
