New Thought- I love it ! In today’s era of severe partisan gridlock and budget challenges at the federal level, it’s clear that counties must take an even stronger leadership role. We can’t wait for the White Knight to rescue us. We must be ready and resilient, prepared and responsive to the changed world and circumstances after a disaster. We must be ready to embrace change and be prepared to take on leadership challenges that will face us in disasters and in everyday life. We must be ready to lead our counties to thrive in the face of changed circumstances.
