This is a storytelling track with the first verse telling a story about a victim of bulimia, 2nd verse telling a story about a gay kid with hardcore christian parents, and 3rd verse telling a story about a girl who would do anything to have the fairy tale of love she saw in movies. The message of the song is to not let oppression pull you into the wrong direction. When others criticism and hostility lead you somewhere you dont want to be, turn around.
