New Update ! ! ! The Circus Train has been moving better than expected from the earlier post. Here is the update from Rhett Coates: They were about a hundred miles west of Richmond at around 10am, and there may be a broken rail on the old C&O line delaying their progress (rails can easily break when cold snaps occur in the weather). If theyre back rolling again, Id expect them into Richmond around noon or 1pm, and then through Ashland any time between 1pm and 3pm, or somewhere within that overall time-frame. The cold snap + ice/snow yesterday has caused havoc on not just roads and airports, but railroads as well....! Rhett C As we get updates, we will pass them on.
