New Vacancy :: ههلى كار Registration Officer Location: Erbil Hawkary Pharmaceuticals needs a Full Time candidate for Registration officer position to handle the preparation and submission of regulatory documents needed to attain the approval of regulatory agencies required for the registration of pharmaceutical products intended for Kurdistan Region. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of Technical Dossiers for Local & Export Products registration. 2. Communicating with the suppliers for follow up of the registration requirements received from KMCA. 3. Strong Coordination with KMCA for the preparation of Technical Documents (Dossiers, registering new items) 4. Ensuring that a companys products comply with the regulations of the KMCA. 5. Collecting, collating and evaluating scientific data that has been researched by colleagues. 6. Developing and writing clear arguments and explanations for new product licenses and license renewals. 7. Preparing submissions of license variations and renewals to strict deadlines. 8. Monitoring and setting timelines for license variations and renewal approvals. 9. Planning and developing product trials and interpreting trial data. 10. Reviewing company practices and providing advice on changes to systems. 11. Manage and facilitate all registration related activities with KMCA. Desired Skills and Experience 12. Must be a graduate of Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry. 13. Minimum experience in drug registration and follow up with KMCA for 2-3years. 14. Aware of health authorities’ registration requirements. 15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 16. Must know Kurdish (reading and writing), English and Arabic. 17. Must have knowledge of MS Office. 18. Careful planning to achieve accurate and timely results. 19. Work precisely according to procedures, rules and regulations. 20. Recognize recurring issues and analyze their causes in order to reach a solution. 21. Multi-Tasking. Successful candidates will have an attractive salary package.
