New World Festival of the Arts Annual Waterfront Art Show Returns for 33rd Year on August 13 and 14 Celebrating its 33rd year, The New World Festival of the Arts will be held on Wednesday, August 13th and Thursday, August 14th on the waterfront in downtown Manteo. The show is free and open to the public. It will be open on Wednesday from 10am-6pm and on Thursday from 10am-5:30pm. A shuttle bus located at the College of The Albemarle’s Roanoke Island Campus on Highway 64 will be available to provide transportation to the Manteo Waterfront area. The free parking and free shuttle service is being provided by Dare County.
