New Year, New You... I took on a new challenge for the month - a light series of push-ups and squats, every day. Ive also been contemplating a whole body detox. Goodness knows what kind or how many toxins have built up in my system in the last 50 years! Thank goodness were eating mostly organic foods and not adding insult to injury.
