New Years Day traditional meal at my sisters home in Leola: black-eyed peas; pork short ribs seasoned with Au Jus gravy mix, ranch dressing mix, one cut-up large onion, and when all is cooked - add a head of cabbage, fried potatoes with onion, fried cornbread, home-canned squash relish, raw cut-up onion, homemade peach cobbler, iced tea - Yummy! Absolutely scrumptious! That Tudy knows how to cook, bake, and season food! :)
