Choice of Entrée: Potato Hash Cakes with Hearts of Palm (vegan & gluten free) Toasted macadamia nut encrusted hearts of palm served with flavorful potato hash cakes and garlic sautéed spinach. Finished with roasted red bell pepper coulis. -or- Mushroom Wellington A blend of mushrooms, red wine poached shallots and boursin cheese baked together in a flaky puff pastry finished with beurre rouge sauce and crispy leeks.
