New Years check in! I started my reverse diet on Oct 27th weighing in at 151lbs, which is about 9 and half weeks ago. My calories were at 2000 and my macros were at 225c/184p/45f and Im now consuming 3200 calories and my macros are at 435c/165p/89f. Also only eating 3 meals a day because thats what works best for me. Havent meal prepped now for well OVER a year either. (Not opposed to it I just prefer to make my meals when Im ready to eat and I dont eat the same thing all the time.) FLEXIBLE DIETING FOR THE WIN! This morning I woke up and weighed 156.2lbs and Im still pretty lean as you can see (also just bought a new pair of Rock Revival jeans yesterday in a 29 waist) and Im hitting new PRs on a daily basis including the 10 plate special (450lbs) on reverse V squats today! Now would somebody PUH-LEASE MATCH HARDER THAN ME!! #2015WillCrush2014 #LegDayLayingTheFoundation
