New Year’s Resolutions 1. Be more mindful to keep my promise to Jeremy that I made one year ago: be constantly grateful and find happiness in the little things in life. SMILE! 2. Drink more water; drink only water. 3. Set an intention for the day before I get out of bed, not just in yoga. 4. Enhance my filter and be more humble. 5. Be more present and thoughtful in my daily prayers. Wait and listen for answers.
