Virtual Info Session: March 27, 2014 (9:30am EST, 13:30 GMT) The New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”) has launched World to NYC Global Industry Challenge, a highly selective global program in search of 15 of the world’s most innovative technology enabled manufacturing companies. NYC is experiencing a manufacturing renaissance and many companies, such as those that focus on 3D printing and connected devices, are prospering. Participants in the program will connect with peers, partners and potential clients and investors. At the various events they will be able to discuss the challenges and opportunities that exist within the industry at both the startup and large corporate level. Selected companies will become alumni of the program and enjoy continued support from NYCEDC, creating an invaluable partnership for the development of the program and the city as a whole.
