New York Public Library is breaking the Law... NYPL, SIBL 188 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10016 (917) 275-6975 Whats going on here? As soon as I bring up my computer and fill in a job application, the library staff of SIBL @ 188 Madison Ave in NYC begins to congregate behind me talking loudly disturbing me and everyone one around me. As I write this now, They are leaning against the window watching what I do ON MY COMPUTER! Rumor has it that the library presume everyone who is out of work is a criminal and staff blocks job offers while directing all facility job searchers to welfare.....So far everyone who has come through the doors of this library has ended up on welfare...but me..
