New York State should approve Genetically Modified Food labeling for many reasons. With GMOs, more cancer is occurring in children as well as allergies in all people and gastrointestinal problems such as gluten intolerance. Why? GMO crops like corn and soy beans, contain more gluten and less germ. Europe has outlawed GMO seeds for many years. All we want is labeling and control of the food we choose to eat. Monsanto and special interests in Congress are only interested in profits, not the welfare of farmers or somel business people who would like to see the labeling. Only Whole Foods is apparently going to label these foods. Call Cuomo and ask for the labeling of GM Foods.
