New approch to diet as of yesterday small amount of carbs drank while training and carbs in post workout drink and carbs in ppwo meal. Then back to current food plain, even had small slice of choc cake from waitrose bodyweight up 2lbs this morning no bloat as with mass carb up feeling full and still have cut and abbs this Massive changes since I started and a very exciting future ahead. Never been this lean at this bodyweight
