New art installation participating in the OpenArt Project in Fuquay-Varina, NC was installed last week at the Edward Jones office in The Varina District in Fuquay Varina, NC. This art was a collaboration of Artists and conceived by Barbara Damiano, Ann Marie Amico, to represent the importance of and the enhancing benefits of Fuquay Mineral Springs which was a huge factor in the growth of the Townships of Fuquay and Varinia in NC. The mixed media work is comprised with art from Carol Hunter (Stained Glass center Piece) Photographs from John McCorsley (top photo), Frank Savarese (lower photo), Streaming fabric and irredescent foil (Barbara Damiano+ Ann Marie Amico), Pottery by Jeff and Lisa Ross (Piedmont Pottery). Barbars Husband, John Damiano did the rigging for the project. The 3 photos here are #1- shot outside before sunrise, #2- shot from inside (looking out of Edward Jones offices), & 3- an isolated view of the art with the background masked out.
