New classes!! Thats right, brand new classes start next week. I have designed these classes to suit everyones age, ability and fitness level. There are no other classes like these, you gotta try them. TUESDAY 6pm. BO-DANCE. This is a fun dance style class designed for all ages, fitness levels and abilities. The steps are easy to learn and you can even do them at home when your favourite music comes on the radio. It has been designed with a bit of everything included which will give you an amazing workout with the feel good factor. THURSDAY. 6pm. BOOTIE-CAMP. Once again I have designed this class for all age and fitness level and ability. It has some boot camp, circuits, legs bums n tums, aerobics and some fun challenges. For next week only, both classes are FREE!! Try before you buy These classes are held in a fully equipped, climate controlled dance studio. There are showers, lockers and parking for your car.
