MAG/WAG/Conditioning & Stretching: gymdrills.net/ This exercise develops shoulders muscles (Anterior, Lateral, Posterior parts of deltoid), and also has a positive effect on issues related to stiff shoulders (the gymnast needs to increase the range of motion in order to lift arms over the springboards). The movement should be performed smoothly and head should stay in a natural position throughout. Please note, that the gymnast should place his armpits on the edge of the box in order to isolate the movement as much as possible.
