New graffiti was found since the weekend here in the South Side. This neighborhood has taken great strides in the prevention and elimination of graffiti. A criminal decided to tag the Birmingham Mural that overlooks Esser Plaza on 12th Street. If anyone has surveillance video of this area, please look it over. This seems to have happened in the last few days. More tags have happened on storefronts nearby from 10th to 12th.
