We need you to be serious about your job, have very good communication skills and be customer oriented, as you will be meeting international tourists from all over the world! What will you need to do? Greet and welcome tourists as they arrive to the home rental location you are responsible for Support the guests with the check-in and check-out procedures – showing the house they’re renting, fill in the paperwork with them and inspect the rental house after every check-out Control each rental house you’re managing, for damages or any technical issues with the plumbing or other systems Ensure the house and lining cleaning before the guests arrive to the rental location for their vacation Take responsibility for each house rental location you are managing and inspect the houses properly before and after each guests arrives and leaves, as you will be the only contact person for the tourists Help guests find their way around the resort and act as a guide for the tourists interested to visit the resort Keep a set of keys for the house rental for the period of each tourist’s vacation and in case of emergency use the house keys Purchase the consumables necessary for the house rentals and change them for every guest Support guests with other requirements they may have – ex: grocery shopping, restaurant bookings, parking licenses or other special requests What is in it for you?
