New law is being enacted by government of India in tandem with election commission to increase voting percentage in future elections. 1) One who skips voting will be fined Rs. 10,000.00 (Only Loksabha, Vidhan sabha and municipal corporation elections). 2) If the person skips the vote second time in row, he will be awarded second class citizenship (SCC) of India. 3) SCC will not be allowed to purchase any type of property like Land, house, vehicle etc in India, till HE/SHE becomes first class citizen of India. 4) All the property belonging to SCC will immediately be passed on to his/her legal hairs. 5) Only bed ridden people (medically unfit) not capable to reach polling booth are exempted, however with proper medical certificate from civil surgeon to be submitted by relatives to in-charge pooling station on polling day. 6) Insane and people enjoying jail terms will not be fined or treated as SCC. 7) Voting is not mandatory to government staff on various duties, and are away from polling station. (police, defense staff, staff on election duty) however if they wish, every care will be taken for their postal ballot. 8) Voting is not compulsory for re-election, re-polling or by elections only. 9) This act is enacted because NOTA is being successful implemented in 2014 elections. 10) To get first class citizenship the SSC has to submit an affidavit of NOT REPEAT THE MISTAKE to election commission to avoid deletion of name from voter list. 11) If the person skips the voting even after submission of affidavit, the person stands treated as SCC for rest of his life.
