New on ift.tt/16Pu46b: SHS Year 7′s on BBC Newsround ift.tt/1jyHFms Stretford High students were no national television again this week with an appearance on BBC Newsround. Year 7 students were interviewed by presenter Nel Hedayat. The big topic at the moment is power drinks and how they badly affect younger people’s behaviour. SHS Students were asked their opinions and all agreed that there should be more warnings on the rpoducts along with consideration from the big super markets not place products near to soft drinks. John (year 7) said he wouldn’t try them as would have a bad effect on him as he believed they are addictive. Everyone said that the packaging is aimed more at younger people too. The show went out at 4:20pm that day and all agreed that it will be an experience they won’t forget … later this month SHS students will grace the CBBC channel again with an appearance on the “Jonny & Enel Show” The post SHS Year 7′s on BBC Newsround appeared first on Stretford High School.
