New practical tool challenges the cotton wool culture and paves the way for more adventurous play: The play safety forum (England) have launched a new, easy-to-use, form that makes a positive case for risk, adventure and challenge in childrens outdoor play. Robin Sutcliff, chair o the play safety forum, said Children need and choose exciting places to play which inevitably means managing situations that are inherently risky. The RBA form will help providers assess how this can be reconciled with the natural desire for childrens safety. This document is a break through! And should be used by everyone.
