New project, The car is a late 2003 A4 2.5tdi Quattro(BDH) running, Bosio race683 nozzles, a gt2060(gt22 turbine, with 60mm compressor), 2x all alloy intercoolers(no plastic tops) with a 3 bar map sensor running 2.8 bar, but with lots of smoke and rough running under 3000 RPM. I am not happy with the injectors, I think that the CPC nozzles are better, but we are off to Viezu tomorrow for a rolling road tune. We did sort out a few oil leaks and also cleaned the inlet manifold, did a EGR delete and sorted out some loose bolts on the turbo. Lets see what tomorrow brings.
