New strange bedfellows for KPFT: Ted is now trying to deep six the hearing of his sworn enemy Richard Uzzell: Subject: Next weeks meeting To: KPFT LSB Date: Thursday, August 7, 2014, 8:43 PM Dear Members of the KPFT LSB, Next week it is my understanding that their will be a trial and the issue at hand will be the removal of a KPFT Director on the Pacifica National Board. It seems to me that there is a great deal of information that needs to be unearthed prior to the actual trial. Much of it is in this attachment and attachments to the attachment. I hope you will look at all of this: savekpfa.org/superior-court-judge-issues-tro-against-summer-reese For this process to be fair, Roberts Rules in Chapter XX calls for a small committee to receive testimony/evidence from the involved parties before the trial, to share their findings and to recommend whether or not the trial should proceed. There isnt much time between now and Wednesday but I hope the accused and the accusers are given much more time than Wednesday night might allow to explore all the evidence and to make this process as fair as possible. In addition to the aforementioned attachments, I was going to suggest that you review minutes of PNB meetings over the past year to see what they say. This may have shed light on what kind of transparency or lack thereof exists within this vital organization but in going to the PNB site I failed to find anything but notices of meetings held in Executive Session.
