New to HAN and hoping to find encouragement instead of discouragement. I havent exercised in 15 yrs as I was diagnosed with palindromic rheumatism in 1998 (type of arthritis) I miss the running, the sweat, the light weights, sports & most of all the feeling of accomplishment. Currently my weight is 166 pounds .... My goal is to shed 36 pounds and feel good about myself, my health and my life. Reading your updates and seeing your pictures before & after is amazing! I pray to be there someday soon P.S....I am open to positive suggestions in shedding my weight without excessive strain on these ole bones
