NewBridge Chief Operating Officer Michelle Borden, a licensed clinical social worker, spoke about NewBridge@Home in a Daily Record article about counseling seniors in their homes. A lot of the seniors we work with dont have a strong social network, she said. Its a matter of getting them to understand what theyre feeling, where that feeling is coming from, what they can do to change their circumstances, and to reconnect with people.
