News CRPF men injured in stone pelting in Khodweni At least four CRPF men were reportedly injured after their vehicle came under sever stone pelting in Khodweni area of this South Kashmir district. The Khodweni area in Home-Shalibugh assembly segment is going to polls in less than 12 hours from now. Reports said that the CRPF vehicle was attacked by local youth with stones turning the vehicle turtle at about 8:30 PM Monday evening. At least four personnel of the paramilitary force were injured, a police official from the area said. He said that the injured were being treated at the nearby Qaimoh Sub-District hospital and all of them are reported to be in stable condition. The CRPF men after the stone throwing resorted to aerial firing. However, no reports of any casualty or injuries to anybody were reported after the firing. The security grid around the polling stations has been tightened following the incident.
