The best news?? You are the KEY solution to your lifes dreams. It is THROUGH you, through your attention to what holds you back, to what triggers your disconnect, to what you autopilot as a patterned response to what hurts, to what fears, to what works. So pay attention, listen and learn from your self creation, what needs an upgrade? Your behaviour with those you love? Your behaviour with your self? How you think, what you say? Externally and internally? Sometimes the path out of pain and into bliss seems impossible. Part of that is because the path out of pain often means going into pain, not avoiding it, not avoiding what you are afraid of...but moving towards your self. Even if that self is in pain or afraid, you will feel the support of your own embrace. And it will teach you that YOU MATTER TO YOU. Its imperative that you see the power of being there for yourself. Its up to you. Just be willing to listen, be willing to have compassion for yourself, for others, understand that Love will always be stronger than the cords that bind you to your past. You can rely on that, you can break free of the binds, the cords, and trust that Peace and Love will emerge into your consciousness. How?
