News: Penicuiks Business Improvement District co-ordinator, Edward Linton-Smith, has written for us detailing the positive start to proceedings to establish a BID in the town. Local businesses are currently filling out preliminary questionnaires before being balloted on establishment next year. Should the initiative be embraced, several major projects will be focused on.
