News Release Friday, Dec. 12th: P201403755 Breach of Peace/Interfering with Emergency Calls: On Thursday, December 11, 2014 at about 7:30 p.m. South Windsor Police officers were dispatched to a 911 call from a Pine Knob Drive residence. Upon arrival officers learned that two residents of the home had been arguing and the male had struck the female party in the back. Officers arrested the man, Rameschandra Lad, age 43, of 91 Pine Knob Dr, South Windsor, CT. He was charged with Breach of Peace and Interfering with Emergency Calls. Lad was later released on a $5000.00 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on December 12, 2014. P201403754 Risk of Injury to a Minor/Breach of Peace: On Thursday, December 11, 2014 at about 7:30 p.m. South Windsor Police officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute at a Windsorville Road home. Officers learned two women had been involved in a physical altercation in the presence of two children. Officers arrested one of the women, Nicole Dibattista, age 32, of 186 Windsorville Rd, South Windsor, CT. She was charged with Risk of Injury to a Minor and Breach of Peace. Dibattista was later released on a $10,000.00 surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on December 12, 2014.
