***News Release*** On September 24, 2014, Utica Police Departments Metro Narcotic Unit, UPD Warrants, NYS Parole, Oneida County Probation, and US Marshals Office executed a no-knock search warrant at 1108 Parker Street- 1st floor apartment, Utica and arrested the following individuals: *Frederick Risley, age 57, resident therein, and *Ronald Anderson, age 30, of Plant Street, Utica. Risley was charged with: *Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree- intent to sell (a class B felony), *Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 4th degree (a class C felony), *Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree (misdemeanor), and *Criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree (misdemeanor). Anderson was charged with: *Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree (misdemeanor), *Criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree (misdemeanor) and *Unlawful possession of marijuana. Investigators seized cocaine, marijuana, packaging materials and digital scales. ***Please note*** All charges in this post are allegations, and arrestees are innocent until proven guilty.***
