News Release Saturday, January 24rd: P201402288 Larceny in the Sixth degree: On Friday, January 23, 2015 South Windsor Police arrested Rhonda Koromanian, age 52, of 235 Main Street, East Hartford, CT on an arrest warrant. She was charged with Larceny in the Sixth degree and was later released on $10,000.00 surety bond. Koromanian is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on February 5, 2015. Koromanian’s charge stems from an August 2014 larceny complaint from a Buckland Road retail store. Koromanian had been seen on surveillance footage stealing and returning $400.00 worth of paint for a cash refund. She was identified and an arrest warrant was later obtained and served Friday. P201403842 Larceny in the Sixth degree/Criminal Trespass in the First degree: On Friday, January 23, 2015 South Windsor Police arrested Donald Palmer, age 20, of 17 Regan St. Vernon, CT at Manchester Superior Court on an arrest warrant. He was charged with Larceny in the Sixth degree and Criminal Trespass in the First degree. Palmer was held on $5000.00 surety bond and was presented later Friday morning at court. Palmer’s charges stem from a December 2014 shoplifting case at a Buckland Road retail store. He was observed on video surveillance concealing trading cards and leaving the store. Officers were able to identify him from the video and later obtained an arrest warrant, which was served on Friday at court.
