News from our Brazilian partner: Instituto Floresta Viva Our partnership in Bahia with IFV consists on the restoration of the riparian areas of 20 private properties of small farmers around the river basin of Tijuipe. The big challenge of this initiative is to convince the farmers to participate to such a program through information sessions and trainings and then to provide them technical support. There are currently 18 landowners participating to the project with a total of 4,185 seedlings planted. 2,245 were donated to rural farmers and 1,940 were directly planted by IFV. annefontainefoundation.org/en/content/instituto-floresta-viva ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Notre partenariat avec IFV à Bahia consiste en la restauration des zones riveraines de 20 petites propriétés privées autour de la rivière de Tijuipe.
