News update I now have loyalty cards and recommend a friend card :) What is the benefit of a Loyalty card? I have designed my loyalty cards that if you spend £10 you get a unique stamp and on your 10th stamp you get £10 off your next treatment :D What is the Benefit of recommend a friend card? I have designed this card so that you will both received a discount off your first treatment, all you have to do is write your name and your friends name on the card and get your friend to book in for a treatment once he/she has had their treatment they will receive 10% off and thats means that on your next visit you will received 10% as a thank you for referring your friend. Its that simple. (Terms and conditions do apply) You will only receive your 10% off once your friend has booked in and received their treatment, if your friend cancels their booking or doesnt show up you will not receive your 10% off. Your friend will only receive 10% off their first treatment once they have booked in and had their treatment. ************************************************ Bookings over £30 will need paid in full ************************************************Your right to cancel You will have 48hrs to cancel/ change your appointment. If you Cancel your appointment before your 48hr period you will have to pay 50% of your booked treatment and if you dont show up on the day full payment will be charged. ( As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, clients are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with the salon (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract. ) This is to insure that the salons appointments run smoothly and to ensure that any appointments available are booked up. I would like to thank you for understanding, and keeping to the terms and conditions of booking an appointment.
