News update: Mr Sahu got discharged from Sanjivini & admitted at Medical college, Kalamassery as ordered by Kerala High court. During the hearing the leading hired advocate for Navy was absconding because of the shame in the final hearing during the verdict. Navy totally lost was clean bowled. Interestingly the hired advocate whom Navy hired for more than a lakh was absconding didnt appear because of shame in the final hearing during the verdict. The prime of face the Civil Doctor examination was reported normal case and found Mr Sahu is not depressed or in an agitating mood. The verdict was in favor of Mr Sahu to discharge him immediately from Sanjivini and send to Govt. Medical Collage Kalamasery for observation till 05 Nov 2014. Since leading hired advocate was missing suddenly a Naval Jude officer in the rank of CDR in civil dress came from Delhi on Ty Duty suddenly in place of Hired Advocate in Civil dress. Immediately our Adv Sathyanathan Ex Airforce objected that the Naval officer in civil dress is a stranger and asked him to vacate the premises as per the rules and regulation of the High Court. The Naval officers were running up and down in the High court, the officers behaved worst than a junior sailor TOP II. The EXO & CDR in civil dress was begging in front of the Judge to give a chance to hear. It was a shame for Naval Officers. [10:14, 10/31/2014] Sahu declared fit by doc appointed by high court [10:14, 10/31/2014] Navy has hired the eminent and heaviest paid lawyer of Kerala High Court Adv Ramkumar Nambair to present in behalf of Indian Navy in Kochi HC. This advocates charges about 1.5 lakhs per hearing. It is evident that navy is trying his best to squash up the matter to hide its face. They have also hired team of lawyer and spending public money like water on this case.
