News update for Discovery vitality members: The vitality nutrition assessment has changed as from August this year. You can now see a registered dietitian on the network 3 times a year to earn up to 11000 points! The break down is as follows: First consultation: R310 (30min) 6000 points if you have not yet had an assessment done this year Second assessment: R310 (30min) 2500 points Third assessment: R310 (30min) 2500 points A generic based meal plan from Pick n Pay or Woolies can be provided depending on where you do groceries. Information leaflets educating on various aspects of nutritional health are also discussed in the 3 sessions. You can complete these sessions within 12 weeks if you prefer. All 3 sessions are obviously not compulsory. See it as more than JUST getting the points, but getting vital nutritional information from a registered dietitian regarding your health and how to improve it :)
