Why is this clearly despicable person allowed to keep his job? actions have consequences, however in this government run department these people are above the law. Unlike the rest of us who pay for our actions if we break the law. The QBCC write in part of their statement Although we accept your frustrations, we too are obliged to comply with the legal decisions made by QCAT and in this case they found in favour of the building company However when it was in our favor 1st time months back. None of you acted to start our claim, all that QBCC did, was our hands are tied the builder is appealing the decision. Another question we all ask! has the QBCC put any black marks on this licence holder? the answer is NO. Even when this builder has now confessed to the CIB his fraud & forgery done against us. Instead this crook could be doing work for you right now & you maybe his next victim. Remember we have had other pass victims track us down, told us their stories about the misconduct they were put through by both the father & son.These other families were also victims however have said they never followed through with their complaints for the reason they did not wish to be put through hell like what has happened to us today.
