Newsflash! You do NOT have to spend a ton of money or spend hours working out to get healthy! The biggest excuses I hear for not working out are: 1. Lack of time 2. Lack of money You dont have to join the gym. You dont have to spend hundreds on programs or equipment. You DO have to be motivated to change! Here is an example of a workout that will not take up your whole day (only 15 minutes!) AND is totally FREE!! Forgive my video skills...I am still learning! Do 5 minutes of any cardio. 1 minute high knees 1 minute jumping jacks 1 minute front kicks 1 minute jumping jacks 1 minute run in place Do 4 minutes of the following 1 minute alternating lunges 1 minute mountain climbers Repeat each once Do 3 minutes of the following: 10 push ups 15 tricep dips Repeat for a total of 3 minutes Do 2 minutes of the following: 30 seconds of regular squats 30 seconds of jumping squats Repeat each of these once Finally.... 1 minute of plank (high or low) Post below when you complete and share with someone who wants to make a change but needs some extra motivation!
