Newsroom Question Of The Day: Yesterday, a Federal Judge in Indianapolis upheld a state law that forbids grocery stores and gas stations from selling cold beer. Currently in Indiana, only package liquor stores can sell cold beer while all other retail stores have to sell it at room temperature. The Indiana Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association filed the lawsuit saying the state law violated the U.S. Constitution by favoring one type of retailer.
