Next Cafe Chloe Cooking Class: June 5th Tarte flambee Poisson au beurre blanc -filet of fish -beurre blanc sauce -haricots verts with garlic -pommes anna Learn how to make a yeasted tart dough, caramelized onions, what tarte flambee is, how to properly sear a piece of fish, make a beurre blanc, blanch vegetables, and make our beloved pommes anna, a dish that will impress any dinner guest! The classes are pretty fun, they are byob (your wine is served to you and corkage is waived, of course), hands-on, and everyone takes home a recipe and sometimes leftovers.
