Brandon Lee Kenzie Drawe Chance Steglich Sat July 19 12:15 BRANDON LEE – American pianist RENOUNED PIANIST BRANDON LEE TO PERFORM PIANO RECITAL AT THE HISTORIC ST. GEORGE TABERNACLE SATURDAY, JULY 19, 2014 AT 12:15 P.M. Listening to and watching Brandon Lee perform on stage is an encounter with one who has never been without the gift of music in his lifetime. This once child prodigy is now a seasoned veteran having taken first place in over 40 state, regional, and national piano competitions. He will now appear live at the historic St. George Tabernacle in a special recital on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 12:15 p.m. The program will consist of classical, Broadway, contemporary pop, acoustic classic rock, and oldies from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s. He will be joined by local singers from Hurricane, Dixie State Universitys 2014 Dixie Idol winner Chance Steglich (psychology major at DSU), and Kenzie Drawe, a recent graduate of Southern Utah University. She is currently a 2nd grade teacher at Red Mountain Elementary school in Ivins. They have most recently been featured performing in the Bumbleberry Theaters Variety Show, as well as Twist the Night Away. Brandon returns to the Tabernacle after appearing with several symphony orchestras nation-wide—most recently being featured soloist with the Utah Symphony Orchestra with whom he has performed three times. He is currently the pianist for the Southern Utah Heritage Choir and is an adjunct Professor of Piano at Dixie State University. He maintains a thriving private studio, with students ranging in age from 5 to 65..
