You have to take INDIA Redefined Pledge - I, a citizen of INDIA, take the pledge to Carry out my responsibilities toward the country and the society and stand for my rights. As a member of INDIA Redefined movement , I shall work within my available resources and time to awaken other citizens of India and create an Educated, Healthy, Green and Sustainable country to have a Prosperous and Happy India for ourselves and the future generations and I will do all activities under this banner of Best Humanitarian Initiative 2009 award winner INDIA Redefined, a Non Political Citizens Empowerment Movement which is Aiming to make more Doers than Beneficiaries , asking for Individual Social Responsibility (ISR ) of Common People of INDIA not by donating Money but by Donating their TIME not only for creating an India of tomorrow which is Awakened, Educated, Clean, Green, Healthy, Sustainable, Prosperous and Happy but also making this Planet Earth a better place to live in . 3. Please take a printout of your Identity-Card after checking your address, designation, phone number, email, and photograph nicely on Identity card and after reading your Appointment letter.Visiting card printout you only take if required. 4. Youth Coordinator’s work profile is basically one year activities of any Coordinator. It is the Coordinators version of work profile, also about their plan for one year in terms of various activities and initiatives on behalf of your Team in next 12 months. Any Coordinator can rewrite their own work profiles based on the given work profile on indiaredefined.org. But in case you are writing your own work profile, it should be sent to [email protected] and should be approved by Managing Committee of INDIA Redefined. Also there are two kinds of work profiles given on website- Some are for Youth Coordinators in each State/ Union Territory, City, University- some work profiles are for other Coordinators. Make sure you are reading the right one. 5. There will be 15 All India Youth Coordinators, So it is their prime duty to find right Candidates from all possible states. Then each one of them will take up two states and find 4 State or UnionTerritory Youth Coordinators in each State or Union Territory, Those State Youth Coordinators will find 4 Youth Coordinators in each City or Village, those Youth Coordinators in each City or Village will find 4 Youth Coordinators in every College and 4 youth coordinators in every area and College for Campaign or Initiatives like C.U.R.E India, I Care, Educate India, Clean India,GreenIndia,Develop your own village,United India, Peaceful India,,Motivating the beggars to stop begging and start working who make their own Team, so every year the first State youthCoordinator is identified by you in each State or Union Territory and he / she has to help in finding other 3 Youth Coordinators in their State or Union Territory or City or Village and make their Team of in each State, City /Village. In any State or Union Territory or City or Village, he or she may be the single person who has joined INDIA Redefined, so as a Youth Coordinator it is His/ her responsibility to make Youth join INDIA Redefined in that State or Union Territory or City or Village, though list of some INDIA Redefined members is in attachment who took interest in these two years, but may be totally inactive at this point of time but you can try to contact them and motivate them. Remember this Movement was started just two years back and I was alone on this earth in this Movement. Now so many people are there, that does not mean that they listen to me always, then how can you be dependent on the army formed by me, you have to form your own army as a leader. 6. For any future activity of INDIA Redefined, you can download the banner from windiaredefined.org and take printout or if that Banner is for some other activity or some other NGO or Corporate is doing these activities with INDIA Redefined , you send their logo which will be put on INDIA Redefined banner and the design will be sent to you. Write me about size of the Banners you require and I will make those designs and send across. Any activity, you do underINDIA Redefined Banner, please take photographs and send them on [email protected] 7. You can also make different wings of Youth according to their field or interest of study area, just like Different wings of INDIA Redefined which are made according to professions or expertise of people. INDIA Redefined needs Team of 4 National Coordinators / 4 State / Union Territorycoordinators of each wing. Since forming these wings is every All India coordinators or StateCoordinator’s or Union Territory Coordinator’s or City Coordinator’s / Village Coordinator’s responsibility in their State or Union Territory or City or Village, so you should also be able to help to form all youth wings in different States or Union Territory or City or Village or University or Colleges but try to find right youth to take charge of these wings. All 4 youth wing Coordinators in each State or Union Territory or City or Village will have to write the work profiles for themselves with their own vision as they have their experience and expertise in their own field or varea of studies.. Then all 4 of them will combine the work profiles of all 4 youth wing Coordinators and make the final work profile , but individual work profiles of all 4 wing Coordinators will be different as each one will have their own vision but it should align with INDIA Redefine’s vision-Mission.You may name these wings or something else but you have to inform about this at [email protected] , even for appointment of any youth coordinator will be sent by us, You have to just make that Youth read the work profile of Student State Coordinators and University Coordinator. 8. INDIA Redefined Central Committee will have 16 All India Coordinators, 2 youth coordinators, 2 from INDIA Redefined Global Indians Group (GIG) , 4 National coordinators from some of the wings and 6 more -whose designation we have not decided ,among whom 2 at National and International level for Awareness Campaigns of INDIA Redefined, 2 responsible to bring the right people and tie up with the right organizations and 2 people for setting up processes- such as sorting CV, taking monthly reports from Coordinators . So basically each member of this team has a work profile. Any State Coordinator or Union Territory Coordinator who wants to be part ofINDIA Redefined Central Committee can apply for All India Coordinator or for any of the above mentioned Coordinators if he /she thinks that by taking that position you can do justice with your other responsibilities. So many times in these two years some of the Coordinators have taken multiple responsible roles like one can be State Coordinator or Union Territory Coordinator as well as some wing coordinator in your State or Union Territory or City or Village. Central Committee will be formed only if we can find 30 right people in this team. We have already appointed many people for INDIA Redefined Central Committee . INDIA Redefined Campaigns Coordinators of any State can also apply to be part of Central Committee, but final decision will be by Managing Committee of INDIA Redefined 9. Try to reach Students from as many Colleges, Universities, Schools across the globe to do Internship of India Redefined. Make Coordinators for only making Students do internship and findyouths who know design softwares like Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral Draw who can help you in making Internship certificates. 10. Every Year on 15th August, 26th January, 2nd October try to make Students Youth perform a peace rally which is called “March for Happy India “ in as many Cities and Villages as you can. “March for Happy India “ English and Hindi Banners can be downloaded from website and can be made in other languages too. 11. One more attachment is Points which are feedback from INDIA Redefined indiaredefined.org Supporters which motivated many in last 2 years and made some Doers. But 5% members, motivated others made more Doers, supporters, volunteers by saying or writing some of these points by which motivated those 5% .During last one year I got thousands of feedbacks in mails, over phones, sms and collected all these points-each one is different from other. I was trying to work on this but because of too many mails, CVs small activities in some villages, future activities , I could not finish it. It is half done. I sent it to many supporters of IR who now use it to give articles in Print Media. Make Pamphlets, say things in other Indian languages, Send emails, and Give Speeches, Interviews. A large number of INDIA Redefined members only joined IR because they appreciated many of these points. These can be used for all the following purpose 1) Emails 2) Pamphlets 3) Print media 4) Interviews-Speeches- 12. Help in bringing right people as INDIA Redefined All India Youth Coordinators, INDIARedefined Youth Wing Coordinators ,INDIA Redefined University Coordinators , Awareness Campaigns Coordinators , and other Coordinators,Campaigns Coordinators to form Youth Committee of INDIA Redefined .Aspirants can send CV, photograph at [email protected] with Subject :CV for _________Coordinator of INDIA Redefined after joining the movement on website & send consent, by writing two lines about themselves ,why they want to be part of INDIA Redefined Movement and what they can do under this banner with their own vision. These are voluntary jobs. No Payment. 13. Every State or Union Territory needs Youth Coordinators and University Coordinators. Aspirants of Youth Coordinators in various Universities, Cities,, States, have to interact on [email protected] Work Profiles of All India Youth Coordinators, State YouthCoordinators , University Coordinators are separate given on website governed by their studies taking priority. Students are suggesting to start Groups with similar Subjects or Study areas as Engineering, Medical, BA, B Com, MBA etc etc. If possible make Students make groups in different States or Cities or Universities and do some activities of “Educate India” Campaign under INDIARedefined Banner. 14. We often keep things very flexible in INDIA Redefined, so that we may change rules, and make it better as more suggestions come. An example of this is that initially we had decided that the INDIARedefined Central Committee will be called INDIA Redefined Core Committee, or INDIA Redefined Core team .But we have decided to change this name Core Committee, or Core team to INDIARedefined Central Committee. Nomenclatures for any of the designations for any of the wings and committees are subject to change in future. So State Coordinators or Wing Coordinators can be named “Member, State Coordination Team, or Member, Wing Coordination Team just as an example. 15. INDIA Redefined Coordinators in each State or Union Territory or City or Village or WingCoordinators should also bring their own mission-vision and objectives in INDIA Redefined which should be written by the coordinators and moderated by us. In this we have to keep in mind that more focus should be on social entrepreneurship and in the specific cases where it is a pure business entrepreneurship, then also, it should get aligned to overall mission & vision of INDIARedefined and it should be spelled out clearly. INDIA Redefined is not a platform for doing business but promoting socially responsible ventures. 16. I will request you to share beforehand with us for us any matter which will be published, which is related to IR or INDIA Redefined to see the correctness and alignment of what is written to what what we are (or want to be). In any official communication we do not use IR but INDIA Redefined as a complete word, with INDIA written in Capital letters and Redefined with only capital R rest in small. 17. If possible you can see Creating India of tomorrow which is 45 mins and Tedx Speech which is 5 -6 mins in INDIA Redefined Speeches and also What Visionary Says onindiaredefined.org 18. INDIA Redefined is committed not to take monetary donations from individuals and will seek funds only from corporate entities. Also do not use IR (which is more for internal communication) but INDIA Redefined at all places. Logo etc should be in brand colors and not black or grey. Also run through with us any final copy of communication (print, email, and web) where IR is being mentioned, before sending out. 19.
