Now Ta-Hor, he falls in love with Aspicia, the titular daughter. They flee her intended, the King of Nubia, who forces her to jump into the Nile. There she finds a school of fishy creatures who dance variations representing great rivers of the world. Restored to dry land, Aspicia arrives at court in time to save Ta-Hor, who is about to be bitten by the sacred snake of Isis in punishment for abducting her.
