Currently opening my hips in headstand making my way to Headstand with Lotus legs Sirsasana with Padmasana Tip: push the floor away with your forearms to lengthen the back of your neck and squeeze your core!! Take it slowly and be kind to yourself ☺️ If you wobble take a breath and squeeze those abs, ground yourself and try again you are much stronger than you think. Finish with childs pose to recover.
