Next epic beach WOD Saturday will be on July 20 at either Jobos in Isabela or Crash Boat in Aguadilla. I will update the event as soon as we know for certain which beach. This beach WOD will be for CrossFitters and it will be Throw Down Style. There will be 2 WODs with a trophy for the first place teams only for male and female. Let’s see who has the best team in Puerto Rico. Bring friends and family as this is also a community get together for fun and to bring all the Boxes to hangout in one spot for the day!! As always we will have the grill set up for your use, so bring some food and drinks to celebrate afterwards! This will be a team style throw down and each team must have 3 members of the same gender. There will be a small registration fee of $20 to help cover the cost of the special equipment we will be using/fabricating for this Throw Down. All teams must be registered by July 17th in order to create the heats. Payments can be made through our site using a checking account or on the day of the event, however you must be registered online by the 17th. For now Registration is limited to 30 teams, 15 of each gender. If the need is there we are will to up the limit of either gender to accommodate those up to the challenge!
