Next laser bronchoscopy surgery today. My tenth this year. TDM! plus laser surgeries are a good plan for me. 2 weeks ago my upper airways were really clear, the lowest right bronchus had reduced to a pinhole, and the lobe was on track to collapse again. Which it did, on Sat week ago, so I got to go to Emergency (YAY). My laser Surgeon - Professor Hubertis Jersmann- is brilliant, as is his team. I feel like I am being worked on by a top-flight German Engineering Crew, but one that giggles and has a kooky sense of humour. They are trying hard today to open that lowest bronch. Wish me luck! Bxxxx (Sorry, I know Ive been largely out of touch for a few weeks - just focussing on each next little step.)
